Rencure Formula: Uses, Ingredients, Dose, Side Effects

Rencure formula is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine in capsule form manufactured by Planet Ayurveda. It is used to treat various ailments of the kidneys like urinary tract infections, chronic kidney disease, inflammatory conditions of the kidneys, high levels of urea and creatinine.

Shloka

Meaning – When Pitta and Kapha dosha along with Vata gets accumulated in the urinary bladder, they block the channels and produces symptoms like dark, turbid or foamy urine. It is known as Mutrakasad.

How long to use?
It can be used for a period of 5-6 months based on based on your doctor’s advice. 

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Ingredients

1. Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) – 200 mg – It is well known Ayurvedic herb used as to treat urinary tract infections due to its anti microbial and anti inflammatory action. Due to its diuretic action it prevents the formation of stone.
2. Varun (Crataeva nurvala) – Roots, flowers, leaves, bark – 100 mg – It
relieves inflammation, swelling and pain in kidney diseases. Due to its litholytic property it is used to treat renal stones. It decreases the level of oxalate which is responsible for the formation of the renal stones.
3. Gokshur (Tribulus terrestris) – Fruit – 100 mg – It is diuretic and has a soothing effect on urinary tract membranes. Treats urinary tract infections and due to its rejuvenating action it rejuvenates the cells of the kidneys reviving its normal function
4. Palaash (Butea monosperma) – Flower – 100 mg – It improves the function of the liver, one of the major cause of kidney failure. It detoxifies body and treat complications of renal diseases.
5. Kaasni (Cichorium intybus) – Flowers, leaves – 50 mg – diuretic in action thus increases the urine output, eliminates waste out of the body and reduces increased creatinine and urea. Relieves urinary tract infections, maintains renal functions.
