Musali – Chlorophytum borivilianum – It has aphrodisiac property.
Dugdha – milk – It nourishes body tissues.
Ghrta – ghee
Babbula – Acacia arabica – It has anti-asthmatic property.
Chironjni – Buchanania lanzan – It has aphrodisiac property.
Narikela – Cocos nucifera
Jatiphala – Myristica fragrans
Lavanga – Syzygium aromaticum
Kesara – Crocus sativus – It has immunity enhancing and anti-oxidant property.
Tumburu – Zanthoxylum alatum
Jatamamsi – Nardostachys jatamansi
Kapikacchu – Mucuna pruriens – It has aphrodisiac property.
Tejapatra – Cinnamomum tamala
Nagakesara – Mesua ferrea
Tvak – Cinnamomum zeylanicum
Pippali – Piper longum
Maricha – Piper nigrum
Sunthi – Zingiber officinalis

6 o 12 gm twice daily,
or as directed by a Ayurvedic physician.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
