Ingredients of Arudra Ragi Powder: Ragi – Eleusine coracana
Direction for use: Mix 2 teaspoons of Arudra Ragi with sufficient water to make a paste, add 100ml of water and 100 ml of milk to the paste, stir to avoid lumps, add sugar to taste, cook on medium fire for 5 minutes. Serve hot
