EveCare Syrup are the proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Himalaya Herbal Healthcare. It is used as uterine tonic in women. It helps in premenstrual syndrome -PMS, painful periods, irregular periods, uterine bleeding etc.

Ingredients of Evecare Syrup:-
Each 5 ml contains extracts of –
Asoka – Saraca indica – 50 mg
Dashamoola – 33 mg – Group of 10 roots that are effective anti inflammatory herbs.
Guduchi – Tinospora cordifolia – 33 mg
Lodhra – Symplocos racemosa – 33 mg
Kakamachi – Solanum nigrum – 33 mg
Punarnava – Boerhaavia diffusa – 32 mg
Shatavari – Asperagus racemosus – 32 mg
Narikela – Cocos nucifera – 32 mg – Coconut is used in Ayurveda since thousands of years. Apart from culinary uses, coconut and coconut water are also used for medicinal purposes.
Ghritakumari – Aloe barbadensis – 32 mg
Chandana – Santalum album – 25 mg – Sandalwood
Babbula – Acacia arabica – 25 mg – Babool is an ayurvedic herb used in the treatment of skin diseases, dhat syndrome, bleeding disorders and to treat intestinal worms.
Mustaka – Cyperusrotendus – 25 mg
Anantamoola – Hemidesmus indicus – 25 mg
Vasaka – Adathoda vasica – 20 mg
Triphala – Embelica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica – 20 mg
Trikatu – Zingiber officinale, Piper longum, Piper nigrum – 20 mg

Indications
Indication of Evecare Syrup:
Premenstrual syndrome -PMS
Dysmenorrhea – painful periods
Menstrual irregularities
Menorrhagia – heavy/prolonged menstruation
Oligomenorrhoea – infrequent/scanty menstruation
Metrorrhagia – heavy uterine bleeding
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding -DUB
Infertility –as an adjuvant therapy to assist conception.
Dose and Duration
Dosage of Evecare Syrup:
General dosage – 5 ml to 1tsp twice a day.
In severe cases – 10 ml to 2 tsp twice a day.
Assisted conception – 10 ml to 2 tsp twice a day or as directed by Ayurvedic physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
Side effects
Side effects of Eve Care Syrup:
This product is not suitable for people with diabetes. They may use Evecare tablet in place of this, as per their doctor’s advice. There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
