- Dhanwayashakam (Fagunia arabica)
- Bala – Country mallow (Sida cordifolia)
- Eranda (Ricinus communis)
- Devadaru (Cedrus deodara)
- Sati (Kempferia galanga)
- Vacha (Acorus calamus) – is used in Ayurvedic medicines since the times of Chakara and Sushruta. Improves speech, intelligence and more.
- Vasa (Adathoda vasica)
- Musta (Cyperus otendus)
- Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa)
- Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)
- Aragwadha (Cassia fistula) – used in the treatment of skin diseases and in constipation.
- Shatapushpa (Peucedenum graveolens)
- Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris)
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
- Shatavari (Asperagus racemosus) – useful in treating male and female infertility, induces sleep, calms mind and stomach and much more.
- Prathivisha (Aconitum hetrophyllum)
- Pippalimoola (Piper longum) – Long pepper root – It is hot, useful in asthma, indigestion, bloating, anorexia etc.
- Dhanyaka – Coirander (Coriandrum sativum)
- Bruhathi dvaya (Solanum lycopersicum, Solanum jacquini)
- Yogaraja guggulu – a very famous Ayurvedic medicine in tablet form. This tablet has Guggulu (commiphora mukul) as its base.It is widely used in the Ayurvedic treatment for various types of arthritis.
Dose
Dose: 1 capsule twice daily before meals or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
