As per the claims made by the manufacturer, it is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of debility, nervous weakness, malnutrition, anemia, and mental exhaustion.

U Fit Capsules Dose:
1 – 2 capsules, 2 – 3 times a day or as directed by physician.
How long to take?
It can be taken for upto 1 – 2 months based on doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus root – 50 mg
Safed Musli – Chlorophytum Borivilianum – 30 mg
Kaunch Beej – Velvet Bean (seed) – Mucuna pruriens – 50 mg
Loha Bhasma – Bhasma prepared from Iron – 30 mg
Praval Pisti -Powder of Coral – 20 mg
Shiva Gutika – a traditional Ayurvedic medicine – 150 mg
Abhraka Bhasma – Purified and processed Mica – 10 mg
Vanga Bhasma – Tin Calx – 10 mg
Amalaki Rasayan – 50 mg – a traditional Ayurvedic medicine prepared with Amla.

It is best to take this medicine under strict medical supervision.
Overdosage may cause gastric irritation and toxic symptoms.

Store in a cool dry place.
Special precaution is needed while prescribing this medicine to children, pregnant and lactating mothers.
Take this medicine only till the prescribed time, in the prescribed dose only.
