Dah-Hun Hot Water Mix is used for the treatment of excess pitta in the body. It is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Everest Ayurveda pharma, Thrissur, Kerala.

Uses

Indication of Dah-Hun:
Cools the body and quenches thirst.
Ideal to protect health
Can be used for drinking purpose in Urinary diseases, Indigestion, Liver complaints and Obesity

Ingredients

Ingredients of Dah-Hun:
Each 10 g is prepared out of-
Khadira (Acacia catechu)- 2.4 g
Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus)- 0.6 g
Chandana (Santalum album)- 0.96 g
Jeeraka (Cuminum cyminum)- 0.6 g
Ushira (Vetiveria zizanioides)- 0.6 g
Padmaka (Prunus puddum)- 0.96 g
Thulasi (Ocimum sanctum)- 0.6 g
Nagara (Zingiber officinale)- 0.6 g
Dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum)- 0.6 g
Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris)- 0.6 g
Rakta chandana (Pterocarpus santanlinus)- 0.6 g
Jamboo (Syzygium cumini)- 0.96 g
Asana (Pterocarpus marsupium)- 0.96 g
Madayanthika (Lawsonia inermis)- 0.6 g

Dose

Dosage of Dah-Hun:
Add 1 table spoon powder to 2 ltr. Of water and boil for few minutes. Allow to cool, filter and can be used for drinking purpose. Or as directed by the physician

Side effects of Dah-Hun:
There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
Safe in pregnancy, lactation and also in children
