Acinorm capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine, used in treatment of hyperacidity, flatulence etc. It is manufactured by UAP Pharma Private Limited, Sanand, Gujarat. Proprietary means, the formula of the product is formulated by the company and is not mentioned in any traditional Ayurvedic text books.
Uses
Acinorm capsule uses: It is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of Acid-peptic disorder, Duodenal & gastric ulcer, Reflux esophagitis, Hyperacidity, Flatuence, Hiatus hernia.
Dose and duration of use
Acinorm dose: 1 to 2 capsules 2-3 times a day according to the condition. It can be taken before or after food, based on advice of your doctor.
How long to take?
It can be taken for upto one to two months, based on doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Chandrakala Rasa, 40 mg – a traditional Ayurvedic product.
Pippali Mool – Long pepper root – Piper longum 40 mg
Praval Pisti – processed powder of Coral 20mg,
Extract of Yashtimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra 20 mg,
Extract of Amalaki – Indian gooseberry fruit – Emblica officinalis Gaertn. 20 mg.

There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
It should be taken under strict medical supervision. Take this medicine only if your Ayurveda doctor has prescribed it to you.
