Ingredients of Anuloma DS Tablet:
- Ajamoda [Ptychotis ajowan] – 16 mg
- Jeeraka [Cuminum cyminum] – 16 mg
- Balharda [Terminalia chebula] – 16 mg
- Yastimadhu [Glycyrrhiza glabra] – 16 mg
- Shunti [Zingiber officinale] – 16 mg
- Saindhava lavana [Rock salt] – 20 mg
- Swarnaksheeri [Cassia lanceolata] – 1100 mg – It a is an Ayurvedic herb more popularly known as Senna. It is mainly used as a blood purifier, laxative- for relieving constipation and to treat skin diseases.
Indication
Indication of Anuloma DS Tablet:
Chronic constipation.
Constipation associated with piles, old age, after operation, pregnancy, psychiatry, heart disease.
Dose
Dosage of Anuloma DS Tablet:
1 – 2 tablets at bed time.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?

Hi, because Swarnaksheeri is irritant and not recommended for long term during pregnancy.
You may take this once in 2 – 3 days time, even during pregnancy. But avoid daily.
Better to take it once in 2 days. This way, you can take it for many months.

I have severe constipation problem. I am using it daily once two tablets for about six months. Is addicted. How long should I take. Is it safe or is there’s any alternative to my constipation. Please advise

No. pretty safe to use for a period of 1 – 2 months.
This website says there is no recorded side effects of this medicine. This cannot be possible. The main ingredient senna can be harmful for some. Pl advise on how long can one take this on a continuos basis.

I am taking 1 tablet with warm water at night every day from past 2 years and am very comfortable….Should I continue or give a break….Is it going to have any side effects if taking for a long period …please advice…waiting for your reply….
