Ingredients of Agastiprash:
Haritaki [Terminalia chebula]
Dasamoola – Group of 10 herbs.
Chandana [Santalum album] – Sandalwood is a coolant, very useful in gastritis, burning sensation in hands and feet. It is also a good ingredient to include in your juice mixes, in small amounts, of course.
Draksha [Vitis vinifera] – Raisins
Gokshura [Tribulus terrestris] – Tribulus is known as Gokshura in Ayurveda. It is an ancient herb, used since thousands of years for its immense medicinal qualities. Its botanical name is Tribulus terrestris. Tribulus, in modern day, is used for body building, to relieve diseases of uro-genital system and as an aphrodisiac. It belongs to Zygophyllaceae family.
Twak [Cinnamomum zeylanicum] – Cinnamon bark
Ela [Elettaria cardamomum] – Cardamom
Pippali [Piper longum] – Pippali – Long Pepper is a very unique spice. It has all qualities of a typical spice like useful in indigestion, asthma, cough etc. but it is also a very good aphrodisiac and anti aging spice. Consider this – Pleehamaye Pippali – For all spleen related disorders, Pippali – Long pepper fruit is the best.

Indication of Agastiprash:
- Chronic constipation
- Loss of appetite
- Flatulence
Dose
Dosage & Adjuvants of Agastiprash:
2-4 tsp at bed time with milk.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Side effects of Agastiprash:
There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
This product is not suited for people with diabetes.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
Over dosage may cause mild diarrhea.
