Dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum)- 2.250 g
Pippali (Piper longum)- 0.825 g
Maricha (Piper nigrum)- 0.825 g
Lavanga patra (Cinnamomum aromaticum)- 0.825 g
Vidanga (Embelia ribes)- 0.825 g
Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica)- 0.825 g
Musta (Cyperus rotendus)- 0.825 g
Krishna jeeraka (Nigella sativa)- 0.825 g
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)- 0.825 g
Shatapushpa (Pimpinella anisum)- 0.825 g
Oma (Carum copticum)- 0.825 g
Dalchini (Cinnamomum cassia)- 0.825 g

Mechanism of action

Justification for ingredients of Nutritone Granules:
The various ingredients that enter into the composition of Nutritone are carminatives, stomachics, anti-flatulants and demulcents. By virtue of these properties Nutritone helps in expelling gas, in addition to preventing accumulation of the same, because of the anti-bilious properties of some of the ingredients, liver sluggishness also will be relieved to some extent.

Dose

Dosage of Nutritone Granules:
Adults- 1 teaspoon, 2 times daily with water
Children- ½ teaspoon, 2 times daily with water

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
