Kerakhand Granules is used in the treatment of internal infections like ulcer, rheumatoid arthritis etc. It is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Everest Ayurveda pharma, Thrissur, Kerala.

Indications of Kerakhand Granules:
Internal ulcers, shula caused by aggravation of Tridoshas, especially in parinamashula.
Ideal for painful conditions in rheumatoid arthritis caused by metabolic disorders
Post viral fever, when the patient complains of body, muscle and joint pains

Nagara (Zingiber officinale)- 1.5 g
Thugaksheeri (Curcuma angustifolia)- 189 mg
Maricha (Piper nigrum)- 189 mg
Pippali (Piper longum)- 189 mg
Musta (Cyperus rotendus)- 189 mg
Ela (Elettaria cardamomum)- 189 mg
Twak (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) – 189 mg
Patra (Cinnamomum tamala)- 189 mg
Dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum)- 189 mg
Jeeraka (Cuminum cyminum)- 189 mg
Yashti (Glycyrrhiza glabra)- 189 mg
Ajamoda (Carum copticum)- 189 mg
Sharkara (Sugar)- 6 g
Kerajala (Coconut water)- 16066 ml
Ghrita (Ghee)- 1.88 g
Ksheera (Milk)- 4.16 ml
Dose
Dosage of Kerakhand Granules:
5-10 g twice or thrice daily, before meals
Or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
