Baidyanath Prostaid Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Shree Baidyanath Ayurved Bhawan Pvt. Ltd. Useful in the treatment of enlarged prostate, urinary calculi and painful urination.
Ingredients
Ingredients of Baidyanath Prostaid Tablet:
Asphaltum – Shilajit – From body building, to treating disorders such as diabetes, asthma, urinary tract infection, difficulty in urination etc, shilajat is very commonly used.
Tribulus – Gokhuru – Tribulus terrestris – It is used for body building, to relieve diseases of uro-genital system and as an aphrodisiac.
Fever nut – Puti Karanja – Caesalpinia crista – It is widely used in treating malaria, and is also a very good anti spasmodic herb.
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – It has anti-inflammatory, anti-urolithiatic and anti-microbial activities.
Varun chhal – Crataeva nurvala – It is a famous diuretic Ayurvedic herb. It is used extensively in migraine, dysuria, renal calculi, intestinal worms etc.
Sandal wood – Safed Chandan – Santalum album – It acts as diuretic, used in treating bladder inflammation, cystitis, urethritis, vaginitis.
Bhawana with –
Horse gram – Kulthi – Dolichos biflorus – The seeds are known to have anti urolithiatic property.
Babul – Acacia arabica – It has anti-oxidant, anti-microbial and anti-spasmodic activities.
Aloe vera – Kumari – Aloe barbadensis – It promotes prebiotics, is good for skin and also for intestines.

Indications of Baidyanath Prostaid Tablet:
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
Prostatitis (inflammation of prostate)
Prostate cancer
Kidney stones
Dysuria (painful urination)
Retention of urine
Urinary calculi
Dose
Dosage of Baidyanath Prostaid Tablet:
1 – 2 tablets twice a day.
Or as directed by the Physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

There are no known side effects with this product.
However, it is best to use this product under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

With Homeopathy and western medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
