Arsh Kuthar Ras is an Ayurvedic medicine in tablet form. It is used in the treatment of hemorrhoids. This medicine should only be taken under strict medical supervision. This medicine is most commonly used in north Indian Ayurvedic practice.

Arsh Kuthar Ras Uses: It is used in treatment of indigestion, anorexia etc. It improves digestion power.
Doctors also use this for the treatment of
Varicose veins, spider veins.

How it works?
It works by improving liver functions, vein strength, easing constipation, shrinking the pile mass and reducing local swelling and inflammation.
Dose and duration of use
Arsha Kuthar Ras dosage:
125 – 250 mg once or twice a day, before or after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor. It is traditionally administered along with honey, hot water.
How long to use: It can be used upto 1 month based on doctor’s prescription.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Shuddha Gandhaka – Herbal purified Sulphur – 20 g
Loha Bhasma – Bhasma prepared from Iron – 60 g

Bilva – Bael (root) – Aegle marmelos
Agni – Lead Wort (root) – Plumbago zeylanica
Shuddha Vatsanabha – Purified Aconitum ferox
Ushna – Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum
Danti – Baliospermum montanum
Tankana Bhasma – Borax
Yava Kshara – Kshara of Barley – Hordeum vulgare
Saindhava Lavana – Rock salt
Gomutra – Cow urine – 320 g
Snuhi Ksheera – Latex of Euphorbia neriifolia L. – 320 g

Arsh Kutar Ras side effects:
Self medication with this medicine should be avoided.
Take this medicine in precise dose and for limited period of time, as advised by doctor.
It is best avoided in pregnancy, lactation and in children, unless advised by the doctor.

If taken in the prescribed dose for a limited period of time, it is not really dangerous. Nothing to worry.

Sir mera pitaji 14 February se arshakuthar ras kha rahe he.kitne din me pitaji relief payegi? Bahot pain hota he lavatory ke bat.
Pain relief – 10 – 15 days me dikhna chahiye.
For cure piles, how many days to use this
4 – 6 weeks. It mainly depends on the size of pile mass.

Sir, I have peas size mass, how many days it will take if 3 tablets are taken in a day at bedtime. Along with Arshkuthar Ras Tablet, I am also prescribed Gandhak Rasayan, Trifala Gugglu, Amystop-G Capsule, Kaishor Gugglu and Chandan Cool Syrup. Is this combination okay. Something to avoid
