Benefits of Patanjali Lauki Amla Juice:
It is a storehouse of minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and zinc. It is also low in fat and cholesterol, which makes it an ideal health drink.
It has anti-microbial, free radical scavenging, laxative and anti-oxidant activities.
It contains vitamins C, vitamin B1, thiamine, B2 riboflavin, B3 niacin, B6 and vitamin A.

Ingredients of Patanjali Lawki Amla Juice:
Amla Fruit – Gooseberry – Emblica officinalis Gaertn. – It has anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, anti-diabetic and anti-cancer properties.
Lauki – Bottle gourd – Lagenaria siceraria – It has anti-diabetic, cardio-tonic, diuretic, anti-ulcerogenic and anti-inflammatory activities.
Flavour Tulsi – Holy Basil – Ocimum sanctum – It has immuno-modulatory, anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Flavour Mint – Pudina – Mentha piperita – It is used for the treatment of indigestion, pain in joints, diarrhea, cough, dysmenorrhea and fever.
Citric Acid (Anhydrous) – Useful in the treatment of indigestion, anorexia, constipation, inflammation, cough, cold etc.
Potassium Sorbate (Food Grade)

Uses
Uses of Patanjali Lauki Amla Juice:
It is used for diabetes, jaundice, ulcers, piles, colitis, hypertension and other conditions.
It is also used as a supportive treatment for cardiovascular disorders, fungal infections, urinary tract infections, microbial infections, oxidative stress, constipation, wound infections, typhoid fever, cholera, tuberculosis, gonorrhoea, acne and neuro-degenerative disorders.
Dose
Dosage of Patanjali Lauki Amla Juice:
15 – 20 ml as whole or equal proportion with water.
Or as directed by the Physician.
Side effects and precautions
Side effects of Patanjali Lauki Amla Juice:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

With Homeopathy and western medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
