Vyoshaadi Kashaayam is an Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Nagarjuna Ayurvedic Group. It is used in the treatment of anemia.

Ingredients of Vyoshaadi Kashaayam:
Each 12.5 ml is prepared out of:
Shunti – Ginger – Zingiber officinale – 1.714 g – It improves taste and digestion strength. Useful in anemia, early stage of liver disorders.
Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – 1.714 g
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum – 1.714 g – It improves digestion strength and useful in indigestion.
Ajamoda – Celery – Apium graveolens – 1.714 g – It improves digestion strength and useful in anorexia.
Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa – 1.714 g – Useful in anemia, early stage of liver disorders.
Ikshu – Sugarcane – Saccharum officinarum – 1.714 g – It improves strength and immunity.
Loha – Iron calx – 1.714 g – It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of anemia, eye disorders, skin diseases etc.
Abhaya – Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 1.714 g
Bala – Country mallow – Sida cordifolia – 1.714 g – It improves strength.
Chincha – Tamarind – Tamarindus indica – 1.714 g
Mandoora – prepared from Iron oxide – 1.714 g – It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of anemia, jaundice, inflammation etc.
Jambeera – Citrus limon – 1.714 g – It improves nourishment, strength and immunity.
Vajralatha – Cissus quadrangularis – 1.714 g – Used in the treatment of worm infestation, anorexia, indigestion etc.
Hamsapadi – Adiantum lunulatum – 1.714 g
Indication
Indication of Vyoshadi Kashaya:
Pandu – anemia, early stage of liver diseases.
Dose, duration of use
Dose:
12.5 ml twice daily, with three times as much lukewarm water, one hour before food.
Or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
