Yashtimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 57 mg – Good expectorant, expels phlegm from lungs, heals respiratory diseases.
Kantakari – Solanum surattense Burm – 47.5 mg – Useful in treatment of asthma, chronic respiratory diseases.
Tulasi – Holy basil – Ocimum tenuiflorum – 47.5 mg – Balances Kapha dosha, useful to relieve excess sputum production.
Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – 47.5 mg
Shuddha Tankana – Purified Borax – 47.5 mg – It is used in the treatment of productive cough, bronchitis, wheezing, asthma, chest congestion.
Mustha – Cyperus rotundus – 47.5 mg
Gojihva – Onosma bracteatum – 19 mg – It has anti-bacterial activity.
Ustukhuddus – Common Lavender – Lavandula stoechas – 19 mg – It is given to cure cough, and chronic catarrh. It is effective in sinusitis.
Vidanga – False black pepper – Embelia ribes – 19 mg
Khurasani ajamoda – Hyoscyamus niger – 19 mg
Pushkaramoola – Inula racemosa – 9.5 mg – It has anti-histaminic, broncho-dilatory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial activities.
Bharangimoola – Clerodendrum indicum – 9.5 mg – It is used in treating allergic rhinitis, asthma, fever and other inflammatory conditions.
Lavanga – Clove – Syzygium aromaticum – 9.5 mg – It balances Kapha and Pitta dosha.
Kushta – Saussurea lappa – 9.5 mg – Useful in asthma, COPD and other respiratory diseases.
Kayaphala – Myrica rubra – 9.5 mg – Useful in asthma, chronic respiratory diseases.
Dhanyaka – Coriander – Coriandrum sativum – 9.5 mg
Guduchi – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 9.5 mg – It has immuno-modulatory and anti-pyretic activities.
Adulsa – Malabar nut – Adhatoda vasica – 9.5 mg – It has anti-tussive, anti-inflammatory and broncho-dilatory properties.
Bibhitaki – Belleric myrobalan – Terminalia bellirica – 9.5 mg
Abhrak Bhasma – Mica Calx – 9.5 mg – Useful in the treatment of disease due to Kapha Dosha, Asthma, bronchitis.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
