Vacha – Acorus calamus – 20.00 % – Helps in removal of excess fat deposition in the tissues.
Dalchini – Cinnamomum zeylanica – 15.00 % – Useful in high cholesterol, diabetes
Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa – 5.00 % – well known for its diuretic and swelling reducing activities.

2 grams twice a day after meals
