Baidyanath Raktashodhak Syrup is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Shree Baidyanath Ayurved Bhawan Pvt. Ltd. Used as blood purifier and useful in skin diseases.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Baidyanath Raktashodhak Syrup:
Indian Sarsaparilla – Anant mool – Hemidesmus indicus – Useful in skin diseases.
Nagarmotha – Mustha – Cyperus rotundus
Lodhra chaal – Symplocos racemosa – Useful in bleeding disorders.
Vata – Ficus bengalensis – It is an Ayurveda plant for the treatment for wounds, skin diseases, eye diseases, leucorrhea, diabetes and diarrhea.
Ashwattha – Ficus religiosa – It is an Ayurvedic tree used for the treatment of cough, skin diseases, improving the skin complexion.
Kachur – Curcuma zedoaria – It has anti-fungal, anti-amoebic, analgesic, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Padmaka – Prunus cerasoides – It is an Ayurvedic herb used for the treatment of skin diseases, increasing the complexion and used as uterine tonic.
Sugandh Bala – Pavonia odorata – Useful in skin diseases.
Patha – Cissampelos pareira – It is an Ayurveda herb, used mainly in the treatment of fever, intestinal worms, non healing wounds etc.
Giloy – Guduchi – Tinospora cordifolia – It is a well known immuno-modulator herb used in the correction of auto-immunity. 
Sandal wood – Safed Chandan – Santalum album – Detoxifies blood, useful in bleeding disorders.
Red sandalwood – Rakt chandan – Pterocarpus santalinus – It improves skin complexion.
Khas – Ushira – Vetiveria zizanioides – It is widely used in treating fever, dysuria, burning sensation, fatigue syndrome, skin disorders etc.
Kutki – Picrorhiza kurroa – It is a powerful Ayurvedic herb used in treating mainly chronic fever, skin disorders and diabetes.
Kushta – Saussurea lappa – It is a famous Ayurvedic herb used in treating gout, skin diseases, respiratory disorders etc.
Indian Senna – Markandika – Cassia angustifolia – It is mainly used as a blood purifier, laxative- for relieving constipation and to treat skin diseases. 
Chebulic myrobalan – Haritaki – Terminalia chebula
Gooseberry – Amla – Emblica officinalis – Useful in skin diseases.
Anant mool – Hemidesmus indicus

Indications

Indications of Baidyanath Raktashodhak Syrup:
Urticaria
Acne
Eczema (Khaj-Khujli)
Leucoderma or loss of pigment
Syphilis
Skin infections
All sorts of skin diseases

Dose

Dosage of Baidyanath Raktashodhak Syrup:
2 table spoonful twice a day.
Or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice. 

Side effects, shelf life

Side effects of Baidyanath Raktashodhak Syrup:
There are no known side effects with this product.
However, it is best to use this product under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

With Homeopathy and western medicine


Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?

Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

With western medicines

Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
