Nutmeg – Jaiphal – Myristica fragrans – It is an aphrodisiac, digestive tonic, very useful even with external application in case of headache, useful in cough, cold, asthma and more.
Javitri – Myristica fragrans
Malkangani – Jyotishmati – Celastrus paniculatus – It relieves pain and helps in quick wound healing.
Carom seed – Ajwain – Carum copticum – It balances Kapha and Vata doshas.
Khorasani – Henbane – Hyoscyamus niger – It soothes nerves, used in neuralgia,
Because of its narcotic effect, it is used to induce sleep, relieves pain. It reduces sexual desire and excitation.
Bhang seeds – Cannabis sativa – It relieves pain and increases warmth.
Sesame oil – Til Tel – Sesamum indicum – It helps to strengthen the bones, muscles and joints.
Clove – Laung – Syzygium aromaticum – It balances Vata and Kapha, useful in aches and pains.
Saffron – Keshar – Crocus sativus – It is an Ayurvedic herb used for the treatment of acne, black head, diarrhea, skin diseases, impotency and acts as immunity enhancer and memory booster.
