Pradarnashak Churna is an Ayurvedic medicine in powder form, useful in the treatment of various gynecological disorders. It acts as a tonic and astringent.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Pradarnashak Churna:
Pushyanug Churna – It is a famous Ayurvedic medicine, in herbal powder form. It is used in the Ayurvedic treatment for bleeding disorders.
Dragon’s blood – Khoon Kharaba – Raktaniryasa – Daemonorops draco – It is a plant mentioned for the treatment of wounds, bleeding piles, menorrhagia and diarrhea mixed with blood. 
Gooseberry – Amalaki – Emblica officinalis – Useful in bleeding disorders.
Ashok Chhal – Saraca indica – It is an important Ayurveda herb used mainly in bleeding gynaecological conditions.
Sang jarahat – Useful in bleeding disorders.
Red ochre – Gairika – Ferrum haematite – Haemetenic, anti tussive, energizer, tonic etc.
Nagkesar – Mesua ferrea – It is a very famous Ayurveda herb used in treating fever, vomiting, urinary tract disorders, migraine etc.

Indications

Indications of Pradarnashak Churna:
Excessive vaginal discharge
Heavy menstrual bleeding
Leucorrhea (white discharge) – Svetapradara
Menopausal syndrome
Prolonged menstruation
Uterine bleeding
Uterine fibroid

Dose

Dosage of Pradarnashak Churna:
1 to 2 teaspoonful with rice water.
Or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Side effects of Pradarnashak Churna:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.

Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

With western medicines

Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
