Patanjali Tomato Oats is a proprietary Ayurvedic product manufactured by Patanjali Ayurved Limited. It is a rich source of iron, fiber, carbohydrates and proteins and help the body in reducing cholesterol and weight while improving digestion.

Ingredients of Patanjali Tomato Oats:
Oats – (75%)
Maltodextrin
Salt
Spices and condiments:
Onion – Palandu – Allium cepa – It contains 1.2 % of protein, 11.6 % of carbohydrate.
It also contains Calcium, Iron, Vitamin E and B1.
Garlic – Lashuna – Allium sativum – It is hot, cleansing, cardiac tonic, digestive, good for eyes, improves hair strength and quality, useful in cough, asthma etc.
Red chillies – Katuveera – Capsicum annuum – Digestive and improves taste.
Turmeric – Haridra – Curcuma longa
Cumin – Jeeraka – Cuminum cyminum – Useful in the treatment of bloating, gaseous distension of abdomen, worm infestation etc.
Black pepper – Maricha – Piper nigrum – It increases digestion strength and balances Kapha and Vata Dosha.
Clove – Lavanga – Syzygium aromaticum – It relieves tastelessness and excessive sliminess of oral cavity.
Fenugreek – Methi – Trigonella foenum greacum – It has blood glucose and lipid lowering effects.
Ginger – Shunti – Zingiber officinale
Nutmeg – Jatiphala – Myristica fragrans – It is an aphrodisiac, digestive tonic, useful in cough, cold, asthma and more. 
Hydrolyzed vegetable protein
Dehydrated vegetables:
Carrots – Gajar – Daucus carota – It contains flavones including apigenein, chypsin and luteolin.
Green peas – Kalaya – Pisum sativum – They are good source of protein and fiber.

How to use

How to use Patanjali Tomato Oats:
For every cup of Patanjali oats add one large glass of water in a pan.
