Each 5 g legiyam contains –

• Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 7.48 % – It helps to ease bowel movement, one of the complications in hemorrhoids. It helps in reducing the pile mass and reducing / stopping the bleeding.
• Trivrit – Operculina turpethum – 1.50 % – Of all the herbs useful in easy purgation, Operculina turpethum is the best.
• Katuki – Picrorrhiza kurroa – 0.21 % – It is used in purgation procedure.
• Lavanga – Clove – Syzygium aromaticum – 0.21 %
• Nagakeshara – Mesua ferrea – 0.21 % – Digestive, relieves Ama dosha.
• Jyothishmathi – Celastrus paniculatus – 0.21 %
• Rhus succedanea – 0.21 %
• Krishna jeeraka – Black caraway – Nigella sativa – 0.21 %
• Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – 0.21 % – It has scraping effect over the intestines, inducing cleansing effect.
• Vibhitaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia bellerica – 0.21 %

Dose

Dosage of Winlax Legiyam:
5 – 10 g with milk, after food at bed time.
