Composition of SKM Satadhauta Ghrutham:
- Nyagrodha – Banyan tree – Ficus benghalensis – Best remedy for skin infections, possess anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-bacterial activities.
- Ashwattha – Bodhi tree – Ficus religiosa – Good absorbent for inflammatory swellings and useful in burns.
- Udumbara – Cluster fig tree – Ficus racemosa – Excellent vermicide, used as wash for wounds and ulcers.
- Plaksha – Java fig – Ficus microcarpa – It remove toxins and has excellent wound healing property.
- Ghrutha – Ghee – Emphasized for its wound healing activity. Reduce leukotriene and prostaglandin secretion in turn reduces inflammation. Prostaglandin levels and leukotriene secretion both play a role in inflammation.
- Cream base.
Direction for use
Direction for use of SKM Satadhauta Ghrutham:
To be applied over the affected part 2 – 3 times a day.
Or as directed by the physician.
