Composition
Composition of Eosiinowin Legiyam:
Each 5 g legiyam contains –
- Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 4.20 % – It has immuno-modulatory activity, improves strength and immunity.
- Sariva – Sarsaparilla – Hemidesmus indicus – 4.20 %
- Jeeraka – Cumin – Cuminum cyminum – 4.20 %
- Madhusnuhi – Smilax china – 4.20 % – It has anti-oxidant, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory activities.
- Ela – Cardamom – Elettaria cardamomum – 1.35 % – Useful in treatment of asthma, cough, cold, tuberculosis and chronic respiratory disorders.
- Sita – Sugar candy – Saccharum officinarum – 35.40 %
- Madhu – Honey – 26.12 % – It balances Kapha dosha. Useful in the treatment of cough, cold, dyspnoea, chronic respiratory diseases etc.
- Ghrita – Ghee – 33.11 % – It mitigates Vata and Pitta. It improves digestive fire, skin softness, immunity, strength, lifespan, eye strength.
- Go dugdha – Cow’s milk – 17.30 %
- Draksha – Vitis vinifera – 3.00 % – It is useful in the treatment of excessive thirst, fever, respiratory problems, vomiting, gout, liver disorders, excessive burning sensation, dryness, emaciation.
Dose
Dosage of Eosiinowin Legiyam:
5 – 10 g with milk, after food.
Or as directed by the physician.

- There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
- Should be taken under medical supervision.
- Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
