Ingredients of Sarvanga Rasayanam:
Parangipattai – Madhusnuhi – Smilax china – 3.15 % – It has anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic activities.
Dry kodiveliver – Chitraka – Plumbago indica – 0.79 %
Seemai amukkara – Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera – 1.70 %
Dry nilavarai – Aragwadha – Cassia angustifolia – 0.79 % – It has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal activities.
Vellai saranaiver – Gadabani – Trianthema decandra – 0.79 %
Nilapanan kizhangu – Taalamooli – Curculigo orchioides – 0.79 % – It is used for the treatment of sperm deformity, low sperm count, skin and respiratory disorders.
Dry karudan kizhangu – Sukhanasa – Corallocarpus epigaeus – 0.79 %
Dry sivanarvembu – Neeli – Indigofera asphalathoides – 0.79 %
Dry sanganver – Kundali – Azima tetracantha – 0.79 %

Jadamanchil – Jatamamsi – Nardostachys jatamansi – 0.22 % – Because of its bitter taste and Pitta balancing quality, it is widely used to purify blood. Hence useful in skin diseases.

Indication
Indication of Sarvanga Rasayanam:
- All types of karappan [eczema & other allergic skin disorders]
- Kuttam [group of skin disorders]
- Kalanjaga padai [psoriasis]
- Sori [any itchy patches].
Dose
Dosage & Adjuvants of Sarvanga Rasayanam:
5 g with milk after food twice daily,
or as directed by the physician.
Side effects and package
Side effects of Sarvanga Rasayanam:
- There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
- Should be taken under medical supervision.
- Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
