Ingredients
Ingredients of Arumuga Thailam:
Mathan thailam – 20.4 % – It is highly useful in venous ulcers of the foot, diabetic ulcers, chronic wounds etc.
Sivappu kukkil thailam – 20.4 %
Vatha kesari thailam – 20.4 % – It is a poly-herbal Ayurvedic medicated oil, used in all types of vatha disease.
Lagu vishamusti thailam – 10.2 % – It is a herbal oil used in treatment of diseases due to Vata imbalance.
Ulunthu thailam – 20.4 % – Useful in the treatment of all types of Vatha diseases, tremor in hands, neuralgia, nervous debility and to increase musculature.
Karpura thailam – 802 % – It is used in muscular pain, rheumatic complaints, muscle cramps etc.

Indications of Arumuga Thailam:
- Valikeelvayu
- Azhal keelvayu
- Valiazhal keelvayu
- Vatha noikal [rheumatic disorders].
Application on feet

Precaution if
you apply this oil over feet:
If you apply this oil on feet, make sure to wash off thouroughly with water or
wipe off with cloth. The oil can make you slippery while walking.
After applying, make sure there are no oil spills on the floor. This can make
the floor slippery.
Direction for use
Directions for use of Arumuga Thailam:
Apply over the affected area, followed by fomentation with Ilaikizhi or Podikizhi [mixture of medicinal herbs both fresh & dried].
Or as directed by the physician.

Side effects of Arumuga Thailam:
- There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
- For external application only.

Bottle of 100 ml & 500 ml.
During pregnancy, lactation
If
you were using this oil before pregnancy without any allergic reaction, you can
continue using this oil even during pregnancy.
If you have not used this product before and wish to use it during pregnancy,
better to consult a doctor because it can cause skin allergy in some rare
cases.
It is generally considered as safe to use during lactation, however consult
your doctor for the right advice.
Can
this product be applied after steam therapy?
No.
Oil is best applied before steam therapy. This is as per basic Ayurvedic
principles.
