Ingredients
Ingredients of Kalkaraichi Tablet:
Each 500 mg tablet contains –
Kadukkaithol – Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 20 % – Useful in diabetes and urinary tract disorders.
Thandrikkaithol – Vibhitaki – Belleric myrobalan – Terminalia bellerica – 20 %
Nellivattral – Amalaki – Gooseberry – Emblica officinalis – 20 %
Karunkali mara sathu – Khadira – Acacia catechu – 7 % – It is useful in diabetes and urinary tract disorders.
Vengai mara sathu – Rakta chandana – Red sandalwood – Pterocarpus marsupium – 7 %
Urukku chendooram – A prepared medicine – 6 %
Silasathu parpam – A prepared medicine – 10 % – Useful in the treatment of urinary tract infection and difficulty in urination.
Nandukkal parpam – A prepared medicine – 10 %
Neermulli kiyazham – Kokilaksha – Asteracantha longifolia – q.s. – It is a plant mentioned in Ayurveda for the treatment of general debility, jaundice, distention of abdomen, swelling, difficulty in urination and impotency.
Sirupeelai kiyazham – Gorakshaganja – Aerva lanata – q.s. – It has anti- urolithiatic and anti-microbial activities.
Indication
Indication of Kalkaraichi Tablet:
- It is a very good diuretic.
- It is given in the conditions of obstruction of urine due to urinary stones [urolithiasis].
Dose
Dosage & Adjuvants of Kalkaraichi Tablet:
2 – 4 tablets with water twice daily after food.
Or as directed by the physician.
