Silasathu Parpa Tablet is a classical Siddha bhasma in tablet form, manufactured by SKM Siddha & Ayurveda Company India Ltd., Erode- Tamil Nadu. It is used in the treatment of pitta disorders.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Silasathu Parpa Tablet:
Each 100 mg tablet contains –
Silasathu parpam – A prepared medicine – 100 % – Useful in the treatment of urinary tract infection and difficulty in urination etc.
Velampisin – Babbula – Acacia nilotica – q.s. – It has anti-bacterial, anti-diabetic and anti-fungal properties.

Indication

Indication of Silasathu Parpa Tablet:

  • Piththa noigal [bilious diseases]
  • Udalerichal [burning sensation all over the body]
  • Vellai [leucorrhoea]
  • Mooththira kaduppu [painful micturition]
  • Neerkattu [retention of urine]
  • Mooththira erivu [scalding of urine]
  • Neerthaarai thulai vekkadu [inflammation of urethra] etc.

Dose

Dosage & Adjuvants of Silasathu Parpa Tablet:
1 – 2 tables with milk or ghee after food twice a day,
or as directed by the physician.

Side effects and package

Side effects of Silasathu Parpa Tablet:

  • There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
  • Should be taken under medical supervision.
