Kadukkai Tablet is a classical Siddha medicine in tablet form, manufactured by SKM Siddha & Ayurveda Company India Ltd., Erode- Tamil Nadu. It is used in the treatment of anemia.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Kadukkai Tablet:
Each 500 mg tablet contains –
Annabethi chendooram – Anna bedhi sindooram – A prepared medicine – 20 %
Kadukkaithol – Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 6.67 % – Useful in the treatment of abdominal tumor, bloating of abdomen, inflammation, anemia, initial stages of liver diseases, hemorrhoids etc.
Milagu – Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – 6.67 % – Because of its Chedana (cutting) and Shoshana (drying) effects, it increases digestion strength and balances Kapha and Vata Dosha.
Vellai karisalai saaru – Bringaraja swarasa – Eclipta prostrata – 66.66 % -Useful in anemia, early stage of liver diseases.

Indication

Indication of Kadukkai Tablet:

  • Sobai [edema/dropsy]
  • Mahotharam [ascites]
  • Veluppu noi [anemia].

Dose

Dosage & Adjuvants of Kadukkai Tablet:
1 – 2 tablets with water after food twice daily,
or as directed by the physician.

  • There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
  • Should be taken under medical supervision.
