Adhimadhuram Tablet is a classical Siddha medicine in tablet form, manufactured by SKM Siddha & Ayurveda Company India Ltd., Erode- Tamil Nadu. It is used in the treatment of oropharyngeal disorders & respiratory disorders.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Adhimadhuram Tablet:
Adhimadhuram – Yastimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 91 % – Good expectorant, expels phlegm from lungs, heals respiratory diseases. Velampisin – Babbula – Acacia nilotica – 9 % – It is an ayurvedic herb used in the treatment of skin diseases, bleeding disorders and to treat intestinal worms.

Indication

Indication of Adhimadhuram Tablet:

  • Varattu erumal [dry cough]
  • Throat soothener
  • Akkaram [oral ulcers]
  • Gunmam [peptic ulcer]
  • Gives good relief when used like throat lozenges.

Dose

Dosage & Adjuvants of Adhimadhuram Tablet:
2 – 4 tablet with lukewarm water twice a day before/after food,
or as directed by the physician.

Side effects, package

Side effects of Adhimadhuram Tablet:

  • There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
  • Should be taken under medical supervision.
  • Suited for all the age groups.
