Ingredients of Ven Thamaraiyathi Chooranam:
Elaarishi – Ela – Cardamom – Elettaria cardamomum – 3.03 % – Being an excellent anti oxidant, it is used in treating blood pressure, asthma, indigestion, dysuria etc.
Chukku – Shunti – Ginger – Zingiber officinale – 6.06 %
Thippili – Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum – 9.09 %
Adhimadhuram – Licorice – Yastimadhu – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 12.12 % -Blood-purifier, Increases quality and quantity of blood, useful in bleeding disorder.
Sadhakuppai – Shatapushpa – Dill seed – Anethum sowa – 15.15 %
Seeragam – Jeeraka – Cumin – Cuminum cyminum – 18.18 %
Venthamarai poo ithalkal – Kamala – Lotus – Nelumbo nucifera – 36.36 % – It balances Kapha and Pitta dosha.

Indications of Ven Thamaraiyathi Chooranam:
Ratha pitham [hypertension].
Dose
Dosage & Adjuvants of Ven Thamaraiyathi Chooranam:
1 – 2 g with milk and Kunkiliya Parpam before food twice daily.
Or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
