Septilin Tablet Ingredients

Each Septilin tablet contains:
Guggulu – Balsamodendron mukul  – 0.324 g – It has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Shankha bhasma – Conch Shell Calx – 64 mg
Extracts of Maharasnadi quath – Ayurvedic medicine – 130 mg
Guduchi – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 98 mg – It has immuno-modulatory action and useful in correction of auto-immunity.
Manjishta – Indian madder – Rubia cordifolia – 64 mg – It detoxifies the blood and useful in skin diseases.
Amalaki – Gooseberry – Emblica officinalis – 32 mg
Shigru – Drum stick – Moringa pterygosperma – 32 mg
Yashtimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 12 mg – Good expectorant, expels phlegm from lungs, heals respiratory diseases.

Indications

As an immunomodulator in the management of:
Upper respiratory tract infections,
Lower respiratory tract infections,
Allergic disorders of the upper respiratory tract,
skin and soft tissue infections,
Dental and periodontal infections,
Ocular infections,
Bone and joint infections,
Urinary tract infections,
for early recovery in postoperative conditions, 
to reduce recurrence in infection prone individuals,
As an Adjuvant to anti- infective therapy,
Resistance to Antibiotic therapy.

Dosage

2 tablets twice daily till the symptoms are relieved, followed by 1 tablet twice daily as maintenance therapy.
Or as directed by the physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.

This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
