Nari – 40 Capsule: Uses, Ingredients, Dose, Side Effects

Nari-40 Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Retort Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. It is a safer and natural way to bid good bye to middle aged blues.

Indication

Pre & post-menopausal symptoms.

Dosage

1 capsule twice a day after meals, or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice. 

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Each capsule contains – Guduchi satva – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 20 mg – Promotes regeneration of tissues.
Triphala – Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica – 60 mg – Coolant, carminative, rejuvenative.Salampanja – Dactylorhiza hatagirea – 10 mg – Restorative.
Ativisha – Aconitum heterophyllum – 10 mg – Anti-spasmodic. Mandukaparni – Gotu kola – Centella asiatica – 20 mg – Nervine tonic. Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa – 20 mg – Useful for the treatment of genito-urinary disorders.
Tagara – Valeriana wallichii – 20 mg – Uterine tonic.
Kokilaksha – Asteracantha longifolia – 20 mg – Corrects gentito-urinary tract disorders.
Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris – 20 mg – Balances estrogen production. Shatavari – Buttermilk root – Asparagus racemosus – 20 mg – Anti-spasmodic, imuno-stimulant.
Krishna jeeraka – Nigella sativa – 20 mg – Anti-spasmodic, immuno-stimulant.
Yastimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 10 mg – Balances estrogen production.
Sahasravedhi – Ferula asafoetida – 10 mg – Anti-spasmodic, anti-septic, diuretic.
Shilajitu – Asphaltum – 20 mg – Nourishes all of the body tissues. Swetamusali – Chlorophytum borivilianum – 20 mg – Nutritive tonic. Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 20 mg – Relieves anxiety and depression.

Side effects of Nari-40 Capsule

There are no known side effects with this medicine. However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision. Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
