Ingredients

1. Bhumi Amla – Phyllanthus niruri – 60 grams
   It is an Ayurvedic herb with beneficial therapeutic effect on liver and kidney. It eliminates the accumulated toxins in the liver and kidneys and improve their functioning. Jaundice and high level of bilirubin in the body comes down naturally with regular consumption of this herb or herbal products made from it.
2. Kalmegh – Andrographis paniculata – 20 grams
   Chronic liver ailments like fatty liver, alcoholic liver disease etc can be treated by the use of this herb. It possess alkaloids that helps in regeneration of liver cells and hence help in treating liver cirrhosis.
3. Katuki – Picrorhiza kurroa – 20 grams
   It corrects the metabolism of the liver and improves its functioning. It metabolise and eliminates the excessive accumulated fat in the liver. Regular consumption of this herb even helps in eliminating the gall bladder stones. It enhances the secretion of bile juice from gall bladder and also helps in its cleansing, preventing the formation of stones in it.
4. Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa – 20 grams
   It have diuretic action which helps to eliminate excess water and toxins from the body, preventing liver and kidney diseases. Punarnava also maintains the normal ratio of albumin and globulin in the blood. It is a natural liver tonic. Jaundice and other liver ailments have been treated traditionally with this herb.
5. Makoy – Solanum indicum – 20 grams
   This small herb is full of medicinal properties that help in relieving the liver troubles. High alkaline phosphate which causes various liver ailments like jaundice, fatty liver, hepatitis etc, can be lowered down by this herb. Also regenerates the liver cells.
6. Sharpunkha – Tephrosia purpurea – 20 grams
   Enlarged spleen and liver can be treated effectively by this highly potent herb which brings the organ to normal size without causing any side effects to the body. Acidity, bloating and gas formation caused by liver diseases are relieved by this herb. Sharpunkha enhances the function of liver and spleen.
7. Kaasni – Cichorium intybus – 20 grams
   Chronic and acute liver failure can be treated by this herb effectively. Kaasni is used to treat number of diseases like liver and gall bladder disorders, heart failure, hypertension, stomach ailments, constipation, increased heart rate and cancer.
8. Bhringraj – Eclipta alba – 20 grams
   As liver functions to clear the toxin from the body, bhringraj protects liver from the harmful substances and chemicals which can harm it. Certain compounds in this herb perform the protective activity and also regenerate the cells of liver.

Meaning- Qualities of Bhumiamla: It is pungent, astringent and sweet. It pacify Vatadosha, relieves thirst, cough, Pittadosha, Raktadosha, itching and swelling.

Dosage

1/2 – 1 teaspoon twice a day, after food with water or fruit juice.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice. 

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
