Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Akshay Pharma Remedies (INDIA) PVT. LTD. It is a herbo-mineral diuretic used in the treatment of urinary calculi. It also improves the performance of uro-genital organs. It alkalizes the urine and improves the renal output.

Mode of action of Lithosolv Tablet
It is having diuretic, lithotriptic and analgesic properties.
Anti-infective in nature.
Maintain electrolyte balance.
The alkalizing and anti-spasmodic ingredients instantly control burning and pain in the urinary tract.
Dosage
Acute phase – 4 tablets stat followed by 2 tablets every ½ hourly till pain relief, there after 2 tablets thrice a day for 5 days.
Chronic phase – 2 tablets twice or thrice a day, maintenance – 1 tablet twice a day for 3 months after radiological confirmation of absence of the calculus.
The dosage may be adjusted/modified as per the severity of the disorder. Or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Each coated tablet contains –
Hazrool yahoodi pisti – Lime silicates – 100 mg – It has lithontriptic and diuretic properties.
Pashanabheda – Bergenia ligulata – 100 mg – cleanses urinary bladder. Gokshura – Small caltrops – Tribulus terrestris – 50 mg – It has lithotryptic and diuretic activities.
Punarnava – Spreading hogweed – Boerhavia diffusa – 50 mg – Because of its diuretic action, it can be used in relieving urinary retention.
Varuna – Crataeva nurvula – 50 mg – It has diuretic and urolithic properties. Chandraprabha – 25 mg
Shuddha kupilu – Strychnos nuxvomica – 25 mg
Sweta parpati – Ayurvedic preparation – 25 mg – It is used in the treatment of dyspepsia, urinary calculi, difficulty in urination.
Micronized and potentised with – Ashmarihara Kashaya – 250 mg
Pathya
Avail adequate water intake.
Avail kulattha kwatha, rice cooked with plenty of water, coconut water to neutralize the pH of urine.
Warm water for drinking helps healing and pain control.
Avail mudga, cucumber, radish leaves, pineapple, musk melon.
Avoid glandular and red meat, tomato, ladies finger, beetroot, chana and beer.
Side effects of Lithosolv Tablet
There are no known side effects with this medicine. However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision. Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
