Isotine Eye Drops: Benefits, How To Use, Ingredients, Side Effects

Eye Drops is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Jagat Pharma. It is used in the treatment of eye disorders, mainly cataract which it promises the cure of cataract without surgery.

Ingredients

Palasha – Butea monosperma – 0.3 %
Punarnava – Spreadding Hogweed – Boerhavia diffusa – 0.3 % – It is well known for its diuretic and swelling reducing activities.
Apamarga – Achyranthes aspera – 0.3 % – It has anti-bacterial and wound healing properties.
Sphatika – Potash alum – 4 %
Tutha – Copper sulphate – 0.04 %
Tankana – Borax – 2 %
Yashada bhasma – Zinc – 0.06 % – It is used in the treatment of eye disorders, anemia, diabetes etc.
Peppermint – Pudina – 0.015 % – It has anti-bacterial, anti-diabetic,anti-fungal and wound healing properties.
Phenyl mercuric nitrate – 0.003 %

Direction for use

Instill 2 drops thrice a day for each eyes.
For eye instillation only.
Or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice. 

Side effects of Isotine Eye Drops

There are no known side effects with this medicine. However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision. Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.                                                         
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy. This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
