Herbosap Powder is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Fort Herbal Drugs Palakkad, India. It is an anti-diabetic preparation.
Indication of Herbosap Powder
Diabetes mellitus & its complications.
Dosage
5 g mixed with water twice a day, before food,
or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
Ingredients
Meshashringi – Gymnema sylvestre – 4.5 g – This herb is popularly known for it’s anti-diabetic action.
Amraphalam – Mango – Mangifera indica – 3 g
Methika – Fenugreek – Trigonella foenum greacum – 3 g – It has blood glucose lowering effects.
Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 1.5 g – Useful in diabetes and urinary tract diseases.
Vibhitaki – Baheda – Terminalia bellerica – 1.5 g
Rajani – Curcuma caesia – Black Turmeric – 1.5 g – Useful in diabetes.
Side effects of Herbosap Powder
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
