How long to take?
This medicine is usually prescribed for a period of 1 – 2 months time.
Ingredients of Sri Sri Tattva
Navayasa Lauha Tablets
Shunti – Ginger – Zingiber officinale – 13.9 mg – It improves digestion strength and taste.
Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – 13.9 mg
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum – 13.9 mg
Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 13.9 mg – It helps in normalizing bowels.
Vibhitaki – Baheda – Terminalia bellirica – 13.9 mg – It detoxifies blood.
Amalaki – Indian gooseberry – Phyllanthus emblica – 13.9 mg
Musta – Nut grass – Cyperus rotundus – 13.9 mg – It is digestive and improves digestion strength.
Vidanga – Embelia ribes – 13.9 mg – It is widely used against intestinal worm infestation.
Chitraka – Leadwort – Plumbago zeylanica – 13.9 mg – It is one of the powerful carminative and digestive herbs of Ayurveda.
Lauha Bhasma – Incinerated iron – 125.10 mg – It is an Ayurvedic medicine prepared from Iron.

Side effects and Precaution
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its use during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during the lactation period and in children for a limited period of a few weeks time for side effects and precautions.
With Other medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
