Dose: 1 to 2 teaspoon thrice a day before food with warm water
or as directed by the physician.
Anupana: Warm water.
How long to take?
This medicine is usually prescribed for a period of 1 – 2 months time.

Patola – Pointed Gourd – Trichosanthes dioica – 1 gm – Improves digestion strength.
Katuki – Picrorhiza kurroa – 1 gm – Improves digestion and metabolism.
Bhunimba – Andrographis paniculata – 1 gm – It has hepato-protective action.
Bhumiamalaki – Phyllanthus niruri – 1 gm – It is an important liver protecting herb.
Ushira – khas khas grass – Vetiveria zizanioides – 0.9 gm – It pacifies Pitta.
Sariva – Indian Sarsaparilla – Hemidesmus indicus – 0.9 gm
Chandana – Sandalwood – Santalum album – 0.8 gm
Nimba – Neem – Azadirachta indica – 0.5 gm – Improves digestion process.
Bala – Country mallow – Sida cordifolia – 0.3 gm
Vasa – Adhatoda vasica – Malabar nut – 0.3 gm – it has hepatoprotective activity. Useful in jaundice and liver disorders.
Hrivera – Coleus vettiveroides – 0.3 gm
Parpataka – Hedyotis corymbosa / Fumaria indica – 0.3 gm
Satavari – Asparagus racemosus – Buttermilk root – 0.3 gm
Indrayava – Holarrhena antidysentrica – 0.3 gm
Satapatri – Rosa centifolia – 0.3 gm
Guduchi – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 0.3 gm
Godanti bhasma – Calcined Gypsum – 0.3 gm
Praval bhasma – Calcined coral – 0.2 gm – It improves digestion strength.

Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
