Sri Sri Tattva Narayana Kalpa Tablets is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Sri Sri Tattva Company. It is used in the treatment of Restlessness, Anxiety, Insomnia.

Indication

Indication of Sri Sri Tattva Narayana Kalpa

Anxiety, – Klama
Insomnia – Anidhra
Tiredness, Restlessness – Shrama

Dosage, Anupana

Dose: 2 tablets thrice daily before food
or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.

Anupana: Buttermilk, Curd

How long to use?
It can be safely used for a period of 2 – 3 months time, with a gradual decrease in dosage.

With Other Medicines

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Yashtimadhu – Glycyrrhiza glabra – Licorice – 60 mg – It has anti-depressant properties and is a good brain tonic.
Shankapushpi Convolvulus pluricaulis – English speed wheel – 60 mg
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – Buttermilk root – 50 mg – It is a very good nervine tonic.
Jatamamsi – Nardostachys jatamansi – Spikenard – 50 mg – It improves brain functions.
Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 50 mg – It has anti-stress activity.
Bala – Country mallow (root) – Sida cordifolia – 50 mg
Brahmi – Bacopa monnieri – Indian pennywort – 50 mg
Amalaki – Indian gooseberry fruit – Emblica officinalis Gaertn – 40 mg
Jyothishmathi – Celastrus paniculatus – Staff tree – 30 mg – It has nootropic activity.
Ajwain – Trachyspermum ammi – Carom seeds – 20 mg
Shunti – Zingiber officinale – Ginger – 20 mg
Guduchi – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 20 mg
Excipients – Q.S.

Side effects

There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
It is best avoided during pregnancy.
It can be used during the lactation period.
Store in a cool dry place, in an air tight container, away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Habit forming

Is this medicine habit forming? Does it create dependence? Can we stop it after a few months of usage?
This medicine is not habit forming. After using for the prescribed period, your doctor would gradually decrease the dose and eventually stop it. Follow your doctor’s instructions for gradual decrease of dose and stopping. Usually it does not cause any ill effects.
