Viton 99 Syrup Uses, Dose, Ingredients, Side Effects

Viton 99 Syrup is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by BAN Labs Private Limited Company. It is mainly used in the treatment of general debility and loss of weight and appetite.

Viton 99 Syrup Indications/ Usage

For general debility,
loss of weight and appetite,
Convalescence, Run down condition,
lack of energy,
Nutritive and restoratives
and general tonic.

Dosage

Adults 8 to 10 ml, three times a day.
Children: 5 ml, three times a day
or as directed by the physician.

How long to take?
This medicine can be taken for a period of 6 – 8 weeks as per doctors advice. After that time, usually the dose is gradually reduced and the medicine is stopped in next 6 weeks of time.

With Other Medicines

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Akkal Kara – Anacyclus pyrethrum – 15.00 mg – The ethanolic extract of the root of the plant was studied for the anti- oxidant activity.
Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera – 30.00 mg – It has rejuvenating property.
Dalchini – Cinnamomum zeylanica – 3.00 mg
Elaychi – Elettaria cardamomum – 3.00 mg
Nagkeshar – Mesua ferrea – 3.0 mg
Gokharu – Tribulus terrestris – 5.00 mg
Kaucha beej – Mucuna pruriens – 5.00 mg
Majith – Rubia cordifolia – 10.00 mg
Rasna – Pluchea lanceolata – 10.00 mg
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – 25.00 mg
Shilajit shuddha – Asphaltum punjabinum – 50 mg
Amla – Phyllanthus emblica – 5.00 mg
Baheda –Terminalia belerica- 5.00 mg
Harde – Terminalia chebula – 5.00 mg
Shunti – Zingiber officinale – 5.00 mg
Kali mirch – Piper nigrum – 5.00 mg
Pippali – Piper longum – 5.00 mg
Vrddhadaru – Argyreia speciosa – 5.00 mg
Vidarikand Pueraria tuberosa – 20.00 mg
Flavoure sugar syrup base.

Viton 99 Syrup Side effects

There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
It is usually prescribed in a lower dose during lactation and in children.
Consult your doctor for its usage during pregnancy.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
