Vita Ex Gold plus Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Shree Baidyanath Ayurved Bhawan Pvt Ltd Company. It is mainly used as Nervine tonic and Rejuvenative.

Indications

Vita Ex Gold Plus Capsule Indications

Nervine tonic,
Rejuvenative, Aphrosidisiac,
Sexual debility, loss of libido.

Dosage

1 cap b.i.d.
or as directed by a Ayurvedic physician.

How long to take?
This medicine can be taken for a period of 6 – 8 weeks as per doctors advice. After that time, usually the dose is gradually reduced and the medicine is stopped in next 6 weeks of time.

Each capsule contains
Suvarna bhasma – 2 mg – It increases immuniity.
Kantha loha bhasma – 6 mg – It has Haematinic (increases hemoglobin levels) and Hematogenic (helps in formation of red blood cells) properties.
Lavanga – Syzygium aromaticum -10 mg
Kesara – Crocus sativus – 10 mg
Akarakara – Anacyclus Pyrethrum – 10 mg
Raupya bhasma – 10 mg – It is an excellent rejuvenative, anti-aging medicine.
Jaipal – Croton tiglium – 15 mg
Javithri – Myristica Fragrans – 15 mg
Abraka bhasma – Biotite/black mica – 15 mg -It is a powerful cellular regenerator.
Vanga bhasma  – Tin – 15 mg – It has Hematogenic (helps in formation of red blood cells) properties. 15 mg
Dalchini – Cinnamomum verum – 20 mg
Samudra Sokh – Argyreia nervosa – 20 mg
Salam mishri – 20 mg
Bada Gokhru – Pedalium murex – 20 mg
Kabab chini – Kankola – 20 mg
Vidari kand – Pueraria tuberosa – 20 mg
Shudda shilajit – Asphaltum – 50 mg – It is a Nervine tonic,Heart tonic and rejuvenative agent.
Ashwagandh – Withania somnifera – 50 mg
Safed musli – Chlorophytum borivilianum – 50 mg
Kaunch beej – Mucuna pruriens – 100 mg

With Other Medicines

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Side effects

There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
It is usually prescribed in a lower dose during lactation and in children.
Consult your doctor for its usage during pregnancy.
