Keekar Chhal
Akarkara – Anacyclus Pyrethrum
Dadansa
Neem Chhal – Bark of Neem – Azadirachta indica. Very well known for its potent antimicrobial activity. Keeps the oral cavity clean without germs.
Krishn maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – Useful to relieve tongue coating. Also improves taste perception capacity of oral cavity.
Saindhav lavana – Black salt – Useful to melt and get rid of dental plaques. In rural India, a combination of rock salt and charcoal powder is still being used as tooth powder for the same benefits.
Sphatika
Karpoora – Camphor – Cinnamomum camphora – gives a natural good aroma to oral cavity. Fights bad breath.
Ajamod satva – Thymol – relieves bad breath.
