EveCare Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Himalaya Herbal Healthcare. It is used as uterine tonic in women. It helps in premenstrual syndrome -PMS, painful periods, irregular periods, uterine bleeding etc.

Ingredients of Eve Care Capsule:-
Each capsule contains extracts of –
Asoka – Saraca indica – 85 mg
Dashamoola – 35 mg – Group of 10 hers that are useful to reduce pain, swelling and inflammation
Lodhra – Symplocos racemosa – 35 mg
Guduchi – Tinospora cordifolia – 35 mg
Kakamachi – Solanum nigrum – 35 mg – Kakamachi Solanum nigrum is an Ayurvedic plant used for treating fever, opium poisoning, splenomegaly, diseases of the liver, rhodent bites, vitiligo, nausea, diseases of the oral cavity and headache.
Punarnava – Boerhaavia diffusa – 35 mg
Shatavari – Asperagus racemosus – 35 mg
Ghritakumari – Aloe barbadensis – 25 mg
Chandana – Santalum album – 25 mg – Sandalwood is a coolant, very useful in gastritis, burning sensation in hands and feet. It is also a good ingredient to include in your juice mixes, in small amounts, of course.
Musta – Cyperus rotendus – 25 mg
Vasa – Adathoda vasica – 20 mg
Triphala – Embelica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica – 20 mg
Trikatu – Zingiber officinale, Piper longum, Piper nigrum – 20 mg
Shalmali – Bombax malabaricum – 15 mg

Kasisa Bhasma, godanti bhasma – 35 mg
Yashada bhasma – 20 mg – Yashad Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine prepared from Zinc. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of eye disorders, diabetes, anemia, cough, asthma etc
Indications
Indication of Eve Care Capsule:
Premenstrual syndrome -PMS
Dysmenorrhea – painful periods
Menstrual irregularities
Menorrhagia – heavy/prolonged menstruation
Oligomenorrhoea – infrequent/scanty menstruation
Metrorrhagia – heavy uterine bleeding
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding -DUB
Infertility – as an adjuvant therapy to assist conception.
Dose
Dosage of EveCare Capsule:
General dosage – 1 capsule twice a day.
In severe cases 2 capsules twice a day.
Assisted conception – 2 capsules twice a day.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
