Ingredients of Entostal Tablet:-
Each coated tablet contains extracts of –
Kutaja – Holarrhena antidysentrica – 600 mg
Shyonaka – Oroxylum indicum – 500 mg
Daruharidra – Berberis aristata – 300 mg
Swarnapatri – Cassia angustifolia – 150 mg
Bilva – Aegle marmelos – 100 mg
Vidanga – Embelica ribes – 50 mg
Bringaraja – Eclipta alba – 50 mg – It is an important Ayurveda herb, widely used in hair fall treatment, liver disorders, skin diseases etc
Mocharasa – Bombax malabaricum – 25 mg
Shunti – Zingiber officinale – 25 mg – Ginger
Katuki – Picrorrhiza kurroa – 5 mg – It is a powerful Ayurvedic herb used in treating mainly chronic fever, skin disorders and diabetes. It is also used in purgation (Virechana Panchakarma) procedure.
Rasa parpati – 10 mg – s an Ayurvedic medicine, with herbal and mineral ingredients, in powder form. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of malabsorption syndrome, dysentery, etc

Each 5 ml contains extracts of –
Kutaja – Holarrhena antidy sentrica – 125 mg
Shyonaka – Oroxylum indicum – 125 mg
Daruharidra – Berberis aristata – 125 mg
Bilva – Aegle marmelos – 50 mg
Musta – Cyperus rotendus – 50 mg
Vidanga – Embelica ribes – 25 mg
Dadimatwak – Punica granatum – 25 mg
Shunti – Zingiber officinale – 25 mg
Mocharasa – Bombax malabaricum – 12.5 mg
Indications and Dose
Indication of Entostal Tablet:
Diarrhea
Dysentery
Dosage of Entostal Tablet –
2 tablets thrice a day, or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
Dose of Entostal Syrup:-
Infants – 2.5 ml thrice a day.
Children – 5-10 ml thrice a day.
Or as directed by the physician.
Side effects
Side effects of Entostal Tablet:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
