Energin Capsule:-
Each capsule contains –
Haritaki – Terminalia chebula – 75 mg
Vibhitaki – Terminalia bellerica – 75 mg
Amalaki – Embelica officinalis – 75 mg
Shuddha shilajitu – Asphaltum – 5 mg
Pravala pishti – 15 mg – It is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from Coral. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of cough, cold, Pitta related diseases etc
Akarakarabha – Anacyclus pyrethrum – 30 mg – It is a herb mentioned in Ayurveda for the treatment of the diseases of the oral cavity, indigestion, swelling, sore throat, cough and diseases caused due to the predominance of vata dosha like paralysis, tremors etc.
Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera – 30 mg
Pippalimoola -Pipper longum – 30 mg
Shunti – Zingiber officinale – 30 mg
Vidanga – Embelica ribes – 30 mg
Nityapushpi – Catharanthus roseus – 33 mg
Keshara – Crocos sativus – 2 mg
Jatiphala – Myristica fragrans – 25 mg
Erandamoola – Castor root – 25 mg
Loha bhasma – 5 mg
Abhraka bhasma – 5 mg
Vanga bhasma – 5 mg
Mandoora bhasma – 5 mg

Each 10 ml contains –
Amalaki – Embelica officinalis – 10 mg
Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera – 10 mg
Vibhitaki – Terminalia bellerica – 10 mg
Shatavari – Asperagus racemosus – 10 mg
Bala – Sida cordifolia – 10 mg
Haritaki – Terminalia chebula – 10 mg
Pippali – Piper longum – 10 mg
Shunti – Zingiber officinale – 10 mg
Maricha – Piper nigrum – 10 mg
Ela – Elettaria cardamomum – 10 mg
Sugar – Sharkara – 100 ml
Sodium senjera – q.s.
Dose
Dosage of Energin:
Capsule:- 1-2 capsules twice a day with milk, or as directed by the physician.
Syrup:- 2 tsp thrice a day, or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
