Dia-P Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Prakruti Remedies Pvt. Ltd. Dia-P Capsule provides a natural herbal remedy for balancing blood sugar. 

Uses

Benefits of Dia-P Capsule:
It is a compound herbal formulation that helps to prevent diabetes.
It helps in stimulating pancreas for the secretion of insulin to balance blood sugar.
It reduces the glucose in a healthy manner and restores liver glycogen stores and decreases glycated hemoglobin.
Dia-P is a clinically validated product for the management of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus -NIDDM.

Indications

Indication of Dia-P Capsule:
Non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus -NIDDM

Mass extracts of – 200 mg of-
Triphala – Embelica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica
Khadirakramukadi Kashaya
Salasarasadi Ghana kashaya

Dose

Dosage of Dia-P Capsule:
1 capsule thrice a day, or as directed by the physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Ingredients of Dia-P Capsule:
Each capsule contains –
Saptachakra – Salacia reticulata – 200 mg – Saptachakra is an Ayurvedic herb which is used to treat obesity, piles, dysmenorrhea, hepatomegaly and localized swelling associated with pain.
Vijayasara – Pterocarpus marsupeum – 100 mg – Asana, Beejaka, Vijaysar, Indian Kino tree are different names for Pterocarpus marsupium. It is extensively used for the treatment of diabetes, obesity, diarrhea, vitiligo, eczema, psoriasis etc, in Ayurveda.

Side effects

Side effects of Dia-P Capsule:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Over dosage may cause low blood sugar levels.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
