Dathupusti Leha is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Bharath Pharmaceuticals and SDP Ayurveda. It is a general tonic in paste/jam form, also used for improving sexual strength.

Draksha -Vitis vinifera
Musali -Chlorophytum borivilianum
Jatiphala -Myristica fragrans
Ela -Elettaria cardamomum
Lavanga -Syzygium aromaticum

SDP Ayurveda Formula:
Each 10 gram is prepared by
Kapikacchu – Mucuna pruriens – 1.8 grams – It is a very famous mutli-faceted herb of Ayurveda, with immense health benefits. Its usage is spread from aphrodisiac to neurological conditions. Its extract – L-dopa is widely used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera – 1 gram
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – 1 gram
Vidari – Pueraria tuberosa – 1 gram
Abhraka Bhasma – Calx of Mica- 100 mg  – Abhrak Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from Mica. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of asthma, urinary disorders, skin diseases etc
MakaraDhwaja – 100 mg  – It is an Ayurvedic medicine, with herbal and mineral ingredients, in powder / tablet form. It is used in Ayurvedic anti aging and aphrodisiac treatment.

Indication

Indication of dathupusti Leha:
Wasting disorder
Nervous debility
Neurasthenia
Reduced libido, Premature ejaculation, oligospermia.

Dose and duration of use

Dosage of Dathupusti Leha:
10 g twice a day with milk, or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Side effects

Side effects of Dathupusti Leha:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
