Ingredients
Ingredients of Cofnil Plus Syrup:
Kantakari [Solanum xanthocarpum] – 200 mg
Shleshmanthaka [Cordia dichotoma] – 50 mg
Vasa [Adathoa vasica] – 200 mg
Kulanjana [Alpinia galanga] – 50 mg
Bharangi [Clerodendrum serratum] –100 mg – It is a powerful Ayurvedic herb used in treating allergic rhinitis, asthma, fever and other inflammatory conditions.
Pushkaramoola [Inula racemosa] – 100 mg – Pushkarmool is a very useful Ayurvedic herb, used in the treatment of heart diseases, respiratory diseases like asthma, bronchitis, cough etc.
Yastimadhu [Glycyrrhiza glabra] – 50 mg
Pippali [Piper longum] – 100 mg
Karkatashringi [Pistacia integerrima] – 150 mg

Indications
Indication of Cofnil Plus Syrup:
Kasa [productive and non-productive cough]
Shwasa [bronchial asthma]
Hikka [hiccup]
Pratishyaya [rhinitis]
Dose
Dosage of Cofnil Plus Syrup:
Adults – 1-2 tsp 2-3 times a day.
Children – ½-1 tsp 2-3 times a day.
How long to use?
It can be safely used for a period of 2 – 3 months time, with gradual decrease in dosage.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Side effects of Cofnil Plus Syrup:
There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
Store in a cool dry place, in an air tight container, away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
This product is not suitable for people with diabetes.
